What is a CR Certified Agent? How do I become one?
A CR Certified Agent is an agent who has agreed to deliver the ZOLD difference to leads that are referred to you from our CR Certified Agent Network.
The ZOLD difference is:
Z: “Zell” your home for free if you don’t love it in the first 90 days.
O: One click and we will donate to the charity of your choice.
L: Live agent available 8am – 9pm every day.
D: Don’t get stuck in a long term contract.
In order to become a CR Certified Agent, you just have to attend a 1 hour training webinar where you learn all about the ZOLD difference and how to use the lead system and pass the exam, have closed 4 transactions with us or another brokerage, agree to honor the ZOLD differences, and attend ongoing training!

- Have you closed 4 transaction with us or another brokerage prior to starting your certification?

Did you answer yes to the above 4 questions? If you did, you qualify to become a CR Certified Agent. Your next step is to take the CR Certified Agent Course and pass the test!

Now what?
For the ongoing training, it is every week on Tuesday at 12pm EST and then we meet right after to mastermind and set our commitments together at 12:30 pm EST. If you can’t make that one, we also have an agent mastermind every Wednesday at 11:30 EST you can attend.
Here are your expectations if you take CR Certified Agent leads.
1. If you have closed a CR referral in the previous month, you can skip this meeting for the month, although the training is really great…and you should always want to attend 
2. If you haven’t closed a CR Referral in the previous month, you just need to attend the Tuesday meeting each week and put in 3 commitments into the CanZell Portal and hit 2/3 of those commitments each week. If you can’t attend Tuesday, you can attend the Agent Mastermind on Wednesday in its place.
3. Also, we have a Virtual Duty Zoom Room you can login to at any time and while on duty, ISA will give you leads and appointments RIGHT THEN AND THERE! Here is the link to join: Click HERE!
Also, in order to stay in lead rotation, you want to make sure you are using our lender and closing attorney partners!
We want you to recommend to the leads that we give you to the lenders and closing companies that are CR certified as well. These partners give us money to use towards the lead spend. We pick the best lenders and the best attorney’s and we want to make sure that these vendors are certified and they give the same wowing experience to your client. That’s why we want you to recommend them. If you are choosing to give them to your friend who is a lender as an option for our clients to use , our lenders and closing partners gives us money to use towards the marketing budget for you to get these leads, and your friend doesn’t. Also, your friend hasn’t been certified to provide the service needed for these clients. If you are not able to pass them along to our certified lenders and closing companies, then you won’t be eligible to receive CR certified leads.
