Thank you for your interest in joining the CANZELL team.

Below is the step-by-step process to apply and be considered for a position with us. Please complete each step in order.


Step 1: Complete the New Hire Application

The first step is to fill out the New Hire Application completely.

Please make sure all sections are filled out accurately and thoroughly.

After completing the application, you must send an email to confirm that it has been submitted.

Send your confirmation email to: [email protected]

In your email, simply let us know that you have completed the application.


Step 2: Take the DISC Personality Test

Next, you will complete the DISC personality assessment.

Go to the following website: joincanzel.com/disk

On that page you will:

Watch both of the short training videos provided.

Take the first free DISC personality test.

Email your DISC results to [email protected].

In your email, please include your DISC order from highest to lowest.

For example:

D → C → I → S
or
S → C → I → D

The first letter should represent the personality type that describes you the most, followed by the second, third, and fourth.

In addition to sending your test results, we would also like you to review the personality descriptions and tell us what you personally believe your DISC order is. Sometimes the test results are not perfectly accurate, so your own interpretation is helpful.


Step 3: Confirm iPhone Availability

Another requirement for working with our team is having an iPhone.

Please let us know in your email whether you currently have an iPhone.

If you do not currently have one, simply let us know and we can discuss options for obtaining one. Having an iPhone is an important part of how our team communicates and operates.


Step 4: Review the Daily Checklist

Next, you will review the Daily Checklist.

This checklist outlines the core tasks that will be performed each day in this role. It is important that you review this carefully to make sure you are comfortable with the expectations and responsibilities.


Step 5: Watch the Training Videos

You will then be asked to watch a set of short training videos.

These videos are typically only 2–3 minutes each, but they cover important skills and processes that are used daily in our business.

Please watch all of the videos carefully. After reviewing them, you may be asked questions to ensure you understand the material.


Step 6: Complete a 3-Hour Trial

If everything looks like a good fit, the next step is a trial assignment.

This trial typically lasts up to three hours and allows us to evaluate your skills and ability to perform the tasks required for the role.

Please note that this trial period is not paid, as it is part of the evaluation process. Some candidates may only complete a portion of the three hours depending on how quickly we can assess their skill level.


Step 7: Complete the 1099 Agreement

If the trial goes well and we determine that you are a good fit for the role, we will move forward with the onboarding process.

At that point, you will be asked to complete a 1099 contractor agreement and submit the required documentation.

Step 8: GoHighLevel Knowledge

One of the most important tools used in our company is GoHighLevel.

Experience using GoHighLevel is strongly preferred. If you do not currently have experience with the platform, you may still be considered if you are able to review the training materials and demonstrate that you can learn the system quickly.


Final Step: Onboarding

Once all requirements are complete and we confirm that you are a good fit, we will begin the onboarding process.

This process includes reviewing onboarding checklists and ensuring you are properly set up within our systems so you can begin working with the team.
