Managing Partner

Follow these 3 simple steps:

Become a Circle Leader by sponsoring 3 new agents to join the company and meeting leadership requirements to join a circle.

Once one member of your Circle has also sponsored 3 new agents to join the company and meets leadership requirements, you are eligible to be promoted to Managing Partner for the Circle.

Once eligible, you will have an interview with your current Managing Partner, and will receive final approval at your Managing Partner's discretion.

Become a Circle Leader

Becoming a Circle Leader is a great way to make extra income, while also giving you the opportunity to provide coaching, training and support to the agents that you have recruited.

Be a licensed agent at CanZell Realty & attract 3 agents from outside of the company to work under you.

Apply with CR to become a Circle Leader.

Receive approval from your Circle Leader and one Managing Partner.

As a Circle Leader, you will Receive 5% of Company Dollar on every transaction of anyone that is in your Circle, no matter if you've sponsored them to the Company or not.

Become a
Managing Broker

Follow these 3 simple steps:

Meet your state's requirements to become a Managing Broker.

Apply with CR to become a Managing Broker.

Interview with your Principal Broker and one Managing Partner.

As a Managing Broker, you will Receive 3% of Company Dollar on every transaction for the Circle(s) that you oversee.
