- Hold weekly mentor meetings

- Hold weekly mentor meetings
Managing Brokers are available to help answer contract questions, guide agents on any contract issues as well as train new agents and offer continuing contract training.
- Handles customer satisfaction with listings and closings.
- Average 4 contract classes per month
- Signs all documents that require a Managing Broker signature
- Answer contract questions from agents
- Check all files on a regular basis
- Ensure company/office compliance with regards to state and local real estate board.
Agents who are new to the industry are paired with seasoned mentors for guidance through their first several transactions.
With The Mentor Program, seasoned agents will provide extensive knowledge and will train on all procedures needed to be successful with our company.
As a mentor, some of the activities you will assist your agents with are:
