Job History

One thing that is very important at CanZell is the length of your job history. At the end, you will send an email with several items to [email protected]. We would like you to list your most recent job and what your pay was, your longest job, your shortest job and why you left as well as any gaps in your employment. 

We are looking for team members who have worked at jobs for a long time as we want them to work with us for a long time. If you are looking for short term work, have many gaps in employment and/or have only been at your positions for very short periods of time, this company won’t be the right fit for you. 

Tech Savvy

We are a very Tech Savy company. We want people who are extremely fast and understand technology. When you send your email to [email protected] at the end of your interview and trial, you will rank yourself on how tech savy you are: 1 being not tech savy and 10 being a tech wizard. 

After your 3 hour trial, you will go to https://canzellcloud.com/employee and you will begin to watch the training videos on all of our tech. 

Teams and Zoom

Work hours are 8am to 5pm EST Monday – Friday. During work hours, you will be expected to be on Teams or Zoom during these working hours. You will need to make sure that you have a good internet connection and a good computer with a camera. If you are not on EST, please make sure that you are able to work during these hours. 

Base Salary

Every position has a base salary and then it has incentives you are earn beyond that

One incentive is the To Do List. You will be given tasks to do and they must be added to your To Do list each day. They also need to be updated and marked done when completed. If this is done every day, there will be an incentive paid out on top of your base pay. 

The other incentive that can be added is for commitments. Each week, everyone sets 3 commitments. For example, if you are an inside sales agent, your commitment might be to set 5 appointments for a producing agent. If you hit 3/3 each week, you will be eligible for incentive pay. The minimum weekly average is 2.0, so make sure you keep your average up. If you fall below, you will be written up and under performance review. 

DISC Score

You will go to https://joincanzell.com/disc. On there you will watch the videos on what DISC means. BEFORE you take one of the free tests, you will include the them what YOU think your DISC scores is just based on the words used to describe each letter. Reminder – we are all a little bit of all of them, but some will have words that most relate to you and some will have words that don’t sound you like that much. You will rank them in order of MOST words like you to LEAST amount of words like you. For example, you may email that your DISC is: CDIS meaning the C had the most words that sounded like you and the S had the least amount of words that sound like you.

After you have watched the vides and written down what YOU think your DISC is, you will then take a free DISC and Enneagram test. You will email those results to [email protected] when you have completed them. 

References

As part of the interview process and 3 hour trial, you will need to email 3 references. These cannot be friends or family, they must be 3 previous managers that we can call and get a work reference on. 

You will include these references in the email you will send at the end of this page. 

Equipment

In order to be successful in this position, you must have a good working laptop with a working camera and a smart phone. 

We prefer you to have an iPhone and Mac Computer. If you do not have one, you can inquire about any incentives we may have going on. An Apple computer and phone is not required for employment, but we would like you to have one eventually to work with. 

Pay

We pay our team members every Monday. We hold one week of pay, so you are always paid on Monday for not last weeks pay, but the previous week before that. Your first week of pay will be delayed one week, but after that, you are paid every week on Monday. 

You will need to send a screenshot of your timecard for 2 weeks ago pay each Monday by 12pm EST in order to be paid. Please send that timecard to [email protected] for approval. 

3 Hour Trial, 3 Days Paid Training

Let’s go over how the 3 hour trial works and then the 3 days of paid training. 

For the 3 hour trial, it is unpaid. You will be given a task or project to do to see your skills and if you are a fit for our company. This also allows you to make sure you will like the position and company. If that goes well, you will be selected to move forward to the 3 days of paid training. 

For the 3 days of paid training, you will be paid for these hours. We will continue to give you tasks to. make sure this is a good fit for both of us. At the end of the 3 days of paid training, you will get all of your logins to our systems and will be set up on our payroll system. You will be responsible or making sure you have gotten all documents and paperwork signed. You will be a 1099 Independent Contractor.
